K-State’s biggest rival

Well, here we are. Undefeated in the conference, and about to play one of the biggest games of the season. I have to say, that I was a bit worried about a couple of our opponents so far, but I was expecting we would be in this position at this point. Now, we will have to play one of the biggest games of the season, against our most bitter rival: Missouri. (more…)

Colorado down, Iowa State to go

Going into the game versus Colorado, I was a bit worried. Colorado is a much better team than their record would have you believe. They play an interesting four guard lineup and have a unique offense and defense. They present some interesting challenges for every team they play, and took Texas down to the wire at home last Saturday. There was every reason to expect that K-State would have a hard time with the buffs. Luckily, they didn’t. (more…)

Hiatus over; posting again

I just wanted to write a quick note that I will maintain this blog again effective immediately. Honestly, I have been way too busy to write anything on this site for some time. However, K-State is just too good not to have something written about them here. Thanks for coming by and checking the site out, please ignore my extended hiatus. I assure you it is over.

Without Walker Cats Will Be Fine

Bill Walker is scheduled to have surgery to repair his ACL today. He will be off the court for several months while he rehabs his knee and gets himself ready for next year. When Bill went down during the opening minutes of the Texas A&M game, so did a lot of K-state fan’s hopes for this season. Let’s get something straight, with or without Bill Walker this team will be just fine.
